Our Client sought to develop a series of multiple exit D-Sub back shells, ranging from size 1-6.

Our Solution

The design and development of a custom series of multi exit backshells for straight, right angle applications in confined spaces.

The Result

Expedited First Article Samples made possible by 3D Metal printed aluminum prototypes.
Reduced time to final design and time to market utilizing mid volume CNC production.
Created a complete series of high attenuation robust zinc diecast back shells.
Reduced costs by allowing multiple cable configurations for signal and power
